Email from Jean Bussell requesting that we appoint David Maynard to serve as the Camden Chamber representative to the Preble County CVB. I agree that this is a good additon as unlike the othe members of this Board, Dave is collecting the bed tax.

Letter from Becky Sorrell advising us that ????? will be retiring April 30. 30 years of service.
Letter from Becky Sorrell advising us that Mellisa Modine sp? has truned in her resignation effective March 27. Has accepted a job in Montgomery County.
We also a received from Brian Moore from the landfill. March 22.
Randy Gilbert has requested that we take 5.527 acres off of our cash rent agreement. Needed to build new facility.

Another correspondence from American Tower requesting to own and operate a portion of the tower at the Fair grounds. Previously wanted to purchase the ground where it stands. Currently there is a 99 year lease with them that goes up in cost 5% every five years. County recieves $794 per month at this time. They would like to purchase it for $117,000. Commission against request.
