Boiler, Chiller & Ozone at jail $345,122 for jail. Best to listen to the audio as there are a lot of numbers being mentioned.
57.5 Minute mark Commissioner Wesler asks why the variation in numbers.
Not much of a savings energy wise. Boiler & chiller need replaced but there will not be major energy savings. $21,000 spent on energy audit showed the county was not in that bad of shape for energy efficiency/savings.

1 hr. 25.5 Minute mark Connie asks if the commissioners have the letter that she gave them last week from Judge Dues & Jennifer Overmeyer on insurance coverage requirements. Commissioner Robertson reads letter into the record.

1 hr. 35 Minute mark Commission feels that if they do nothing the Judge will court order it. Contractors have been operating without a contract.
1 hr. 35 Minute mark Commission cannot insure contractors or subcontractors. As a CORSA representative – Chris Day has not seen this practice in any other county.
