50.75 minute mark Dave – "Called and talked to Pat Holmes, I thought it best if she comes in and ahm I told her I could talk to her personally or she could come in but I rather she come in because ahm you guys well know that last year what we heard from most of the residents was the 4H & the Fair. I don't think either of you guys want to be in the middle of April and start hearing a bunch of complaint about what was not done. You know the advisors and kids’ junior Fair Board ahm wanted done so I think it is good to have Pat in. If you guys don't want to have her in I'm gonna still talk to him but ahm I want to hear exactly what her plans are from now till at least after the Fair. Find out if there is any you know anything that we could ahh do or help get volunteers together. I know there is a lot of volunteers helping her already. I just want to make sure that we're on target for one of the best Fair's ever down there.
