County expected one house a year to be built, Habitat has two years to actually do it. A lady with two deaf children was expecting a house this year and now needs rent money. Chris – Percent of time?
Bob – that they spend on each duty.

Discussion on issue.

3 hr. 11 minute mark Bob – instructs Connie to take percentages off.
3 hr. 11.75 minute mark Bob – "I am sorry; I think the end result is our recommendation. We are going to pay for this. The Foundation doesn't have a lot credibility to talk to who we want to hire. I think it will all come down to a mutual agreement probably once we find the right person.
Chris Day – I think it has got to be a mutual agreement because to do this and do everything we need we don't have all the resources.
Bob – right
Chris – We don't have the financial resources and we don't have the ahh marketing resources that we in house. Ahh I think we need to hammer a few of these details out with the Chamber. Sit down and hammer those out before we actually start the process of.
Bob – the board needs to be formed, supposedly it is not officially formed. But then it just isn't, bylaws have to be and by the way Dave Daily is looking over by-laws inaudible there are quite a few questions. Have you read them?
Dave Wesler – negative
Bob – I haven’t either, we need to read them so we get some… can you hear what I am saying?
Connie – not very well but I am listening.
Bob – Ah Dave Daily is going, has already looked over the by-laws and found lots of questions. Chris is going to also work with him and I think they are going to recommend a committee be formed to write the by-laws rather than just take Troy's by-laws and here they are. I think most of us at that meeting the other night were all guilty that nobody had read the by-laws and they were wanting to approve them. So we need to have a lot of input on that.
Chris – Well before we and I your right Bob. The by-laws need to be in place, the Board needs to be filled and some of these things need to be hammered out before we move forward with hiring somebody. Ahh so that everybody is on the same page ahh.
Bob – But that won't prevent us from going ahead and seeking applications. We can go ahead and advertise for applications because we are into what is it June 7?
Connie – yes
Bob – So that is 6 weeks 7 weeks to get in there applications which has nothing to do with this. You agree or disagree?
Chris – Yeah I a
Bob – laughing we can't wait until the last minute to begin our search.
Chris – I ok whatever I mean
Bob – Well it is going to take her, we need to get ready right?
Connie – yes
Chris – I just think you are probably going to get a lot of applications. A lot of good applications so I would make it a relatively short time frame that it is open. Cause people that are out there, the good people that are out there looking for a job know where to look. They're going to respond back quickly. I mean if you open this up for a thirty day period you're going to get a stack of stuff in there. When we went out for Administrator, how many applicants did we have?
Bob – Well I am ok with that, I was just using the end of July because that is what had talked about earlier. (What meeting would that be?) We are all on vacation in July so
Chris – plus
Bob – make it July 15, that won't work yeah that is a month.
Chris – If we have it done, there again we're spending money.
Bob – you bet, spend it to make it..???spark plugs?? So Miss Crowell, you ok with that?
Connie – yes
Bob – Ok, what else do we have to talk about today it is early yet
3 hr. 17 minute mark whispering, chuckling and yawning
Bob – I got to find my sheet on those by-laws
Chris – these
Dave – I don't know that I have seen them yet.
Chris – Preble County Development Partnership by-laws.
Bob – You got em?
Chris – Right here.
Bob – Dave would you like a copy?
Dave – well let me see if I got that somewhere
Bob – I don't think I
Dave – when did you guys get them?
Bob – They were on the Internet. give me that
Chris – I'll never see that again.
Bob – We're going to make copies right now
Chris – 10 pages
