26.5 Minute mark Commissioner Wesler – I had umm well actually it was Manfred that called me about the CVB reappointment of board members. He asked me if it really was the commission that had the authority to ahh reappoint them. I said; Yes, but I said that is the way I understand it I want to make sure on that and I talked to Connie this morning and she reassured that. And I thought that was what was mentioned the other day but I said you know I was ??? somebody in mind or somebody interested we would take that under advisement and ahh so you said you talked to somebody else and they are fine with that
Connie – hmm mm (affirmative)
Commissioner Wesler – Jean Bussell knows about it.
Commissioner Stonecash – Did Manfred have somebody he wanted to appoint or?
Commissioner Wesler – No he didn't say that. He just was like; well there's two vacancies now, we need to reappoint somebody. He never gave me the indication that he knew of anyone. He just thought it was odd that we were still the appointing authority. And ahh so I will call him back and let him know that.

Commissioner Wesler – Did you guys get a hold of state representative…
28.5 Minute mark Commissioner Wesler – I also had a call yesterday about a constituent up at 127 & 70 that needed wanted a call back. So I called Connie, I can't remember the person's name so I'll have you talk to Connie after this …
Connie – They called here I think and Kim went ahead and sent Chris (Day) an email but he should have the information.
Commissioner Stonecash – The only thing I have is a female called me about the landfill assessment. I talked to her about that. She wasn't very happy when I got finished though….
Commissioner Wesler – I am not happy with the way the assessments have come down the pike either. Back when everything at the landfill was placed the assessment were done and everything. It was based on 40,000 tons per year and we have not achieved that, almost since then. It has been down sometime close to 20- 25% and so it is no wonder are costs are up, our assessments had to go up. So maybe the next time Randy is in or the next time I talk to Randy I would like for him to… listen to this file as I am tired of typing and it is worth listening to.
