26.5 Minute mark Noted receipt of letter from RAPCA – Regional Air Pollution Control Agency on the landfill. Letter reviewed by Dick Sargent.
30.9 Minute mark Commissioner Wesler – So basically they are still going to do the Tier 2 testing but presently it is to0 wet and it needs to be done by August 31.
Connie – Correct.
33 Minute mark Trip to Kentucky for trash to energy plant review. Planning on going Tuesday and leaving at 5:00 a.m. Four hour forty three minute trip one way. Will revisit possibly not going later.

He also indicates that there office is seeking support from Commissioners across the Ohio for restoration of their budget which has been cut by 51.3%. Advocates among other things for utility cost savings.
