Commissioner Wesler – Connie, anything else?
Connie – I just wanted to let you know that the tenants on Camden Rd. have not paid. We sent them a letter, a certified letter, back July, 11. Rent is 650 and they paid 350 toward June's rent. They have not satisfied June, they have not satisfied July. They did not pick up their letter and it was returned. No August rent which was due on the 1st. Two month process on eviction.

39.25 Minute mark Connie – ask if they have given any thought to who they want to appoint the mitigation for the EMA?
Commissioner Day – Who's on that?
Connie – It's a five year plan, weather related. David Anderson indicated that it was weather related. They meet four times a year.
Commissioner Wesler – I will talk to Charlie or David and see if they know of anybody that would be interested.
45.25 Minute mark Commissioner Stonecash asks if they got anything on the Health Department?
46 Minute mark Commissioner Stonecash – Do we have any intentions on this house over here or are we just going to let it deteriorate?
Commissioner Wesler – Remember our comment was when we formed the CVB board we were going to allow them to decide if they wanted to be over in the annex building here or they wanted that building there or what's their desire on where to have the CVB. So I think we were gonna throw it in their court.
