22.5 Minute mark   Connie asks what the large "Conveyance fee" expense was. Shown as $106,913.07. I called Connie and asked why the large number – it is a typo. The figure should have been $30,187.87 (see box). With the transfer of the Economic Development employees to the Partnership the new figure will be $22,000 per quarter (this is the second quarter).

Chris Day asks about another email and Denise Robertson had not received that one either. Dayton Region Economic Development meeting.

54.5 Minute mark   Denise Robertson – Open house April 4 for the Homeless Shelter. 131 North Beach Street. Inviting neighbors in to foster better relations.

David mentions a township association meeting that night and asks if Denise is a member yet. Offhand I think both Chris & Dave need reprimanded for not making sure that Denise Robertson is not only included in emails but aware of these things. She has been in office four months and this apparent disregard for including a fellow commissioner on correspondence is beginning to resemble collusion.
