Connie – I have the Resolution 571 amending the Preble County Health Insurance premiums. Spousal surcharge decreases the employer cast by $100 and increases the employee share. Asks about setting that one hundred dollars into a fund to offset premiums next year. LISTEN TO THE AUDIO.

Chris Day feels they are penalizes some of these people $1,200 a year.

Denise has no problem with it as her husband's insurance would be a lot more. Does not feel it is penalizing if they have a choice.
