This is the October 31, 2016, Preble County Budget Commission report given to the Preble County Commission by Preble County Auditor Lavon Wright. I received this as an email on November 2, 2016. This report shows the General Fund with an all time high balance of $5,059,451.29. This figure also shows that the Preble County Commission can easily afford to increase transparency and public understanding by recording and posting the County Commission meetings on the Internet. It takes two votes to make it happen and right now there are not two votes. Preble County Commissioner Denise Robertson is on record for it and Commission Candidate Joe Renner has also said he is for it. If you agree then Vote for Joe Renner on or before November 8.
