After posting the Youtube file yesterday it became clear that this is a very significant meeting.  I do not have time to transcribe File 2 and given the careers involved I don’t want to get anything wrong – I'll request the transcription Monday.  It is clear that there are rumors out there about what has happened.  It has also become clear that if I don't post something people will think I am covering it up. Those of you that have followed the ongoing Executive Sessions on a “Complaint” at the landfill will get some answers and probably have more after listening (I do). Listen to the audio and not someone else and keep in mind there have been multiple executive sessions where there is no audio available. One person has resigned, three county employees were terminated (including the whistle blower) and yet another faces unspecified discipline not covered in just the first hour of this meeting.

At this time I would say we need to turn that over to Sanitary Engineer Randy Gilbert so that he can deal with the proper actions that he deems necessary for that employee. Bob and Dave agree.

Resolution 651 which appoints Randy Gilbert as the Solid Waste Coordinator for Preble County. Duties to be added to his job discription at this time.
