Railroad issue

Discussion on: FELICIA BOHSE – SONORA RD. PROPERTY. Involves railroad track. No access to the 53.567 acres owned by the Marbergers sp? without crossing the railroad bed. Needs to confirm that owners do have the right to cross.

Involves a 95 acre farm previously owned by Edith Kelly. Listen to the audio.

59.25 Minute mark    Conference call with FELICIA BOHSE – listing Real Estate Agent needs to know if owner can cross the railroad to gain access and clear scrub trees off tracks.

1 hr. 12.5 Minute mark    Bill Braddish (Electric Aggregation) called David this morning. Having trouble with DP&L. Coming up on a year since it was on the ballot.

David attended Farm Science review.

1 hr. 17.25 Minute mark    Complaint from lady trying to attend the Pork Fest. About 20 people got tickets going down the West Alex bridge. Lady received a $160 fine and said she would never attend the Pork Fest again. Apparently a closed road is involved and the Sheriff's Department ticketed the people. Two signs said it was closed. Connie said that one of the Deputies gave the lady a ticket that said "Compliments of the Preble County Pork Festival".

Dave and Bob will miss the Apple Fest parade. Dave will be playing in the OSU Alumni Band and Bob will be going to a Trailblazer Cross Country meet for his grandson.
