14.5 Minute mark   Connie informing on when jail will be paid off (Mr. Yorke asked question on topic last week). Jail will not be paid off until December 1, of this year. She is receiving more information on obligation. She is also reviewing records from 1994 as to what the 1/2% sales tax was for.

23.75 Minute mark  Commissioner Stonecash on Senate Bill 5 Conference he and Connie attended Friday. Mr. Buchy in town Friday visited L&M and Henny Penny.

26.5 Minute mark  Noted receipt of letter from RAPCA – Regional Air Pollution Control Agency on the landfill. Letter reviewed by Dick Sargent.

30.9 Minute mark  Commissioner Wesler – So basically they are still going to do the Tier 2 testing but presently it is to0 wet and it needs to be done by August 31.

Connie – Correct.

33 Minute mark  Trip to Kentucky for trash to energy plant review.  Planning on going Tuesday and leaving at 5:00 a.m. Four hour forty three minute trip one way. Will revisit possibly not going later.

41.9 Minute mark   Connie – I also received a letter or an email from Paul Kosteyu. He is with the Ohio Consumers Council. He also indicates that there office is seeking support from Commissioners across the Ohio for restoration of their budget which has been cut by 51.3%. Advocates among other things for utility cost savings.

Commissioner Wesler – I've got to go, be out at the Partnership Development Executive meeting concerning the Commissioners Ball at 11:30. ….still unsure of the date. Bob had cruise booked for August 13.

Discussion on who will get the money.

Worry over conflict with OSU Football games in the fall. Still tentatively scheduled for August 13.
