The Preble County Commissioners noted receipt of the appeal by Manfred Schreyer of his lawsuit against the Preble County Commission. I support Manfred on this issue. The Preble County Commission should not have the right to move a publically scheduled and announced meeting without consent of the party that originally planned the meeting.
