Southwest District Auditors meeting on October 16 being hosted by Mindy Robbins. Commissioners and Connie will attend.

Connie – Mark Goeke has called several times about county timber.  Chris – He has spoken to all of us separately, schedule him in and have speak on record.

Mel Sandlin has retired. Discussion of having Miami County handle Preble County.  Bob asked what the cost per hour or day would be to have Miami County do that. Connie did not have an answer yet.

5.30 mark discussion of a HIT Foundation dinner. Bob – Webcast involved telling how HIT Foundation has done a pretty remarkable job.

7.20 mark Chris Washington popped in to ask about cooking chicken.

8.15 mark DP&L breakfast 7.30, October 30. Dayton Arena. All three commissioners may attend along with Connie.
