Listen to audio.  Discussion on a contract and whether one existed. County has picked up the removal in the past for the sheep show and the Fair. Best to listen to the audio. This sounds like a shit storm over manure removal.

Discussion on contract and service for IT.

Commissioner Day – I do believe that at this point in time that it is in the county's best interest to start looking ahhh at possible different vendors, or a different vendor to provide service for the IT portion of the computer system. Ahhm as you guys well know we have several issues ahh since Bob and I have been elected. Ahh and unfortunately some of them have been ahh less than pleasant but I believe at this point in time due to ahh ahh service and ahh other issues that we have encountered, I think that it is probably are recommendation at this point in time to look elsewhere for our IT. …..
