3.5   minute mark      Tish Plaugher – Village of Verona and a recycling drop of location will require an addendum to Rumpke contract.  

5  minute mark      Some residents have been dumping elsewhere and the fear is the recycling bins may be used by those people. If it happens it could lead to removal of bin. Bin would be next to a light at night.

8   minute mark      Survey of business on recycling.
